What we collect
TrackBox ("we") runs www.trackboxtm.com from Miami, Florida. When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and your order details, such as your event squad, shirt size and Go-Bag picks.
Like most websites, our site host Wix also records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and uses cookies to keep your cart and login working.
How we use and share it
We use your information to process and ship your orders, manage your subscription, answer your questions and send order updates. If you sign up for our emails you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store: Wix, which hosts the site and stores order data; the payment processor that handles your card, so TrackBox never sees or stores your full card number; and the carriers that deliver your box.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing TrackBoxTTM@gmail.com.
This site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
