What You’ll Experience at the Clinic

The clinic will begin with a special introduction from elite pole vaulter Toriana Thomas, who will share her journey in the sport and how she developed into one of the top athletes in the country who Just finished 5th at this years Indoor USA National championships . She’ll be joined by her father and longtime coach Chad Thomas, who has played a key role in guiding her career. Together they’ll talk about how they got started in pole vault, the lessons they learned along the way, and the goals and aspirations that continue to push them forward.

From there, athletes will transition into Tori’s personal warm-up routine, learning and performing the same warm-up she uses before practices and competitions. Participants will then move into pole vault–specific drills on the pit, where Tori will demonstrate and guide athletes through movements designed to improve technique, takeoff mechanics, and overall efficiency in the vault.

The clinic will then shift into a full vault session, where athletes will get the opportunity to jump and receive personalized feedback and coaching from both Tori and Coach Chad Thomas throughout the remainder of the clinic.

 

To close out the experience, VIP participants will receive an exclusive meet & greet with Tori, a photo opportunity, an autographed card, and a complimentary clinic T-shirt. Additional clinic merchandise and T-shirts will also be available for purchase during the event.
